"JC is simply the best when it comes to taking care of A/C systems. I dropped my car off in the morning with him and he walked me through what he would be doing: testing my system for leaks, removing the refrigerant and weighing it to see if there was any missing, then recharging my system with the factory correct amount of refrigerant. He was a pleasure to chat with and he answered all of my questions as I was waiting for a ride back to my house. Upon completion, I caught a ride back, paid for it, and we chatted some more about things he saw (such as low coolant, which he refilled for me) and sent me on my way. I just wish I had more cars to bring to him for service!"
